Founded by Amelia O’Mahoney, the house draws on more than three decades of expertise in luxury design, manufacturing, and uniform strategy, Torera House brings a dual discipline: creative vision and operational precision.

Amelia O’Mahoney
Amelia founded Torera House with a simple yet powerful vision: to elevate clothing — whether for an individual or an organisation — into something beautiful, purposeful and built to endure.
With over three decades of industry experience, Amelia’s career spans the entire fashion and apparel journey: from high street manufacturing to luxury fashion houses, and ultimately to senior leadership in the uniform sector. She began her career as a production assistant, gaining hands-on experience in garment construction, supplier management and product development. Her precision and discipline soon led her to positions overseeing sourcing and global operations.
Her time working with luxury designers sharpened her eye for fit, fabric and finish, instilling a deep respect for craft and the power of intelligent design. Later, as Supply Chain Director at a prominent uniform supplier, she managed high-volume programmes across international networks — an experience that revealed a truth that shaped her philosophy: clothing does not need to choose between beauty and practicality. It can, and should, achieve both.
This became the foundation of Torera House: a place where design is approached with couture-level exactness, refined restraint and an unwavering respect for craftsmanship — whether created for a private client or for an organisation.
Amelia continues to work closely with both private clients and organisational partners, guiding each toward garments that feel purposeful, intelligent and unmistakably refined.
