Meet our Founder
Amelia O’Mahoney
Amelia founded Torera House with a simple yet powerful vision: to elevate uniforms into something beautiful, brand-defining, and built to last.
With over three decades of industry experience, Amelia’s career spans the entire fashion and apparel journey—from high street manufacturing to luxury fashion houses, and ultimately to senior leadership in the uniform sector. She began her career as a production assistant, gaining hands-on experience in garment construction, supplier management, and product development. Her work ethic and attention to detail quickly propelled her into roles in sourcing and operations, where she led teams across international supply chains.
Her time working with luxury fashion designers sharpened her eye for fit, fabric, and finish, instilling a deep respect for craft and the power of design. Later, as Supply Chain Director at a prominent uniform supplier, Amelia managed the delivery of high-volume, multi-site uniform programmes. This role provided her with a critical insight: uniforms don’t have to sacrifice beauty for practicality—they can, and should, do both.
This philosophy became the foundation of Torera House: a place where uniform design is approached with the same care, precision, and creativity as luxury fashion—while maintaining the discipline and reliability of the practical demands of workwear.
Amelia now works directly with clients across sectors—from hospitality and wellness to corporate and lifestyle—helping them bring their brand to life through thoughtfully designed, perfectly executed uniform solutions.
